Workshops
I run focused workshops for engineering teams and leadership. Two tracks:
AI-native organizations. The skills, processes, and cultural shifts that make AI a natural part of how a company builds and operates. As much about people as technology. Teams leave with a concrete adoption plan and clear next steps.
AI engineering deep dive. Building agentic systems, how LLM tools work under the hood, using open-source models effectively, and setting up evaluations. For engineers who want to understand what they're building. Hands-on. Participants build and ship during the session.
About
